From a single vineyard in Vine Vale on deep sandy soils over orange clay.

A shimmery bronze colour in the glass. This comes from extended time in the basket press and gentle interaction with oxygen as whole bunches.

The wine went through a natural fermentation process and matured in oak. A bright, woody herb garden, shiso and rosemary intertwined, there’s some five spice and a pop of cinnamon dusted atop all of this lovely candied ginger.

One 300Lt barrel was made.
