50% Muscat Blanc / 50% Riesling
Grapes from, and winemaking done on Ngadjuri & Peramangk Country.
The Muscat Blanc and Riesling come from the Bethany sub- region planted in hard red- brown texture contrast soils with alkaline subsoil.
Both parcels picked and vinified separately. The Muscat (9/2/2021) destemmed and fermented on skins for 8 weeks. Then pressed to seasoned 300Lt French barrels. The Riesling (16/3/2021) destemmed and fermented on skins for 2 weeks then pressed to seasoned 300Lt French barrels.
Aged in oak for 16 months.
An aromatic, textural wine that changes in the glass and super stable once opened.
Cumquat / Sunscreen / Brine / White Aspen / Spiced ginger
Zero adds, fining or filtration.
